Before joining Digivante in 2017 I spent two decades (sound old!) in commercial roles encompassing sales, marketing, product, and digital consulting. I started working in sales at a marketing analytics company in Cheltenham during the .com bubble in 1999. I then spent 15 fantastic years working in the digital CX space running, sales, channel, and marketing teams at Alterian and later Sitecore which I helped grow from £1m to £15m in UK revenues. I was lucky enough to be involved in dozens of digital transformation programs for clients as diverse as Manchester United, Nationwide, Bupa, The AA, Jet2, Bank of England and GE Healthcare.
Having worked for many years in the digital customer experience space I saw firsthand the number of issues that existed on websites (even after big budget digital transformation programs). I intrinsically knew that if these issues could be identified and fixed on transactional websites it would lead immediate revenue increases. After been approached by the owners it was clear Digivante's products and vision were perfectly placed to deliver on this opportunity and so I jumped at the move.
Role at Digivante
I lead a stellar team that is focused on a mission to rid the world of annoying issues that cause friction and revenue loss on websites and apps. As CEO I am a business strategist, mentor, coach, and leader. I firmly believe in hiring great talent and giving them the tools and autonomy to deliver their best work and grow their career. My goal is every team member looks back at Digivante as the crowning achievement in their career and is 10x better for the time they have spent here.
