Digital transformation is red hot. We are a small company growing at over 50% per year and targeting 100% annual growth going forward. The rise of Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies has driven QA to the top of the strategic agenda. The demand is huge. This is a very exciting time in our business. We are doubling down to focus on strategic enterprise partnerships (accounts with £100m+ revenue). We are expanding our sales team to support this demand, and the growth of Digivante

 

The Role

 

This is an enterprise customer success / account management role

You’ll be managing and growing our strategic, top tier existing customer accounts

You'll have complete ownership of your account, sales process, and business plans

You’ll work with senior IT and business leaders at £100m+ revenue organizations, being responsible for renewing, and growing 6-7 figure annual contracts

You'll be overseeing the strategic relationship, representing the voice of the customer internally, and finding and closing upsell and cross sell opportunities

You’ll be generating new opportunities with proactive outbound by educating customers; teaching them new perspectives to drive QA up the strategic agenda

You’ll work in the heart of customers’ business, promoting strategic QA initiatives that make a real difference

You'll work directly with VP Customer Success and CEO to optimize Sales, Marketing & Customer Success – ensuring our strategic customers get the most value from our partnership

You’ll work closely with our awesome Delivery and Sales function - who are revolutionizing QA

You’ll collaborate daily with your top-notch sales colleagues in an excellent environment

 

Requirements

 

You’ll succeed if you’re an experienced, entrepreneurial account manager who thrives in (and wants) an unstructured environment

You’re a growth-minded businessperson who can build strong senior relationships and think strategically about your customers' business initiatives - beyond needs and solution

You’re comfortable challenging and educating customers on new ideas and points of view

You’re an excellent networker who can create new upsell and cross sell opportunities within accounts, inspire behavioral change, and build advocates among your customers

You can clearly demonstrate a successful track record of achieving renewal and revenue growth quotas in high-growth enterprise tech/service sales

A good understanding of digital transformation and software delivery concepts is a plus

It’s not necessary that you have QA industry experience, but it is a plus

You show up every day curious and hungry, a growth mindset
